WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - Two people were arrested after a raid on a Watertown apartment building as part of an ongoing investigation.

The Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at an apartment at 11 Public Square in Downtown Watertown.

Authorities arrested 33-year-old Dyllynn Griffin and 47-year-old Shara Leandry.

According to reports, they recovered a Walther PPK, .380 handgun, a dagger, a set of metal knuckles, around 19 grams of methamphetamine, 65 suboxone strips, and $86 in cash.

Police officials said that the apartment had been the focus of an ongoing drug investigation.

Griffin was charged with felony drug and weapons charges and arraigned in Watertown City Court. He was subsequently released.
