FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - The man accused of opening fire inside a suburban Cincinnati Walmart store in May 2022, killing a customer and injuring an employee, has now pleaded guilty in the case.
Anthony Brown, of Hamilton, faces 26 years to life following Thursday’s guilty plea, according to the Fairfield Township Police Department.
On Thursday, Brown pleaded guilty to murder, felonious assault and a gun charge (that comes with a mandatory 3-year sentence), the department confirmed to FOX19 NOW.
