Rispress, the director of recruiting at FSU, has a six-year-old son named after him, whom he’s tempted to make an offer to.
A respected recruiter in the college game, Rispress served as the assistant director of player personnel and high school relations at Colorado last season, helping Deion Sanders put together a team that won nine games and went to a bowl game. The win total marked a first since 2016.
