A former Arsenal football player has tragically died after suffering a head injury during a recent match for Chichester City.
Billy Vigar was a part of the Gunners' U21s side up until last year, when he moved to Hastings United on a free transfer.
The 21-year-old moved to Chichester this summer, and last weekend in a match against Wingate & Finchley sustained a horrific head collision. Billy hit a concrete wall while trying to stop the ball from going out of play, reports the Mirror.
Play was immediately halted and an ambulance was called, which arrived quickly onto the scene.
