An online fundraiser has launched for the family of an Apple Valley couple killed by a suspected drunk driver earlier this month.

Peter and Patricia Olson were killed in a head-on crash Sept. 6 in Dakota County. They were 68 and 49 years old, respectively, and went by Pete and Trysh.

A GoFundMe campaign was recently established to support the family, including their children, Lexi and Taylor, particularly with funeral costs.

"Trysh and Pete touched the lives of so many," to organizer of the GoFundMe wrote. "They were the kind of people who were always there for others — offering love, laughter, and support whenever it was needed."
