GALLATIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — Gallatin police have arrested eight juveniles in connection with ongoing "so-called Junior/Senior Wars."

According to the Gallatin Police Department, officials have been investigating a series of incidents over several weeks that are connected to the "Junior/Senior Wars," resulting in the arrests. Police said in many incidents, young people have been dressed in all black and worn masks while targeting homes.

The incidents have gone beyond the "traditional 'toilet papering' pranks" that occur as a result of school rivalries and escalated into serious offenses, according to the GPD.
