NAVARRE, Ohio — Tucked into the rolling fields of Amish Country , a simple grain silo might look right at home. But this one has been transformed into something entirely unexpected — one of the region’s most sought-after Airbnb stays. What once stored corn and soybeans on a farm in Indiana is now a modern farmhouse retreat, brought to life by Mary and Wayne Miller.

“People comment on how quiet, how peaceful it is back here,” Mary Miller said.

What began as Mary’s dream of running a bed and breakfast has turned into a rustically luxe hideaway. Since opening their Navarre, Ohio retreat two years ago, the Millers’ silo has been booked nearly nonstop.

“Last year, I know we were at like 82% occupancy rate,” Wayne Miller said.

“It’s like lower nineties right now,” Mary Miller added.
