Prime Minister Mark Carney found a lot of success in the last election by adopting Conservative positions on the consumer carbon tax and the Justin Trudeau government’s planned capital gains tax increase, among others. He should do the same thing when it comes to the Conservative position on harm reduction, specifically for nicotine pouches.
