DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A Davenport man is charged after police say he shot at a person and a convenience store.

Keanan M. Jones, 34, shot at a person and a convenience store with others inside about 9:52 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 2800 block of Telegraph Road, according to an arrest affidavit.

Surveillance video showed the shot hit the area near where the person was standing, police said.

When Jones was arrested, police said he had a loaded handgun.

Jones is charged with:

Intimidation with a dangerous weapon, a Class C felony

Assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, an aggravated misdemeanor

Jones was booked into the Scott County Jail Tuesday and was later released after posting a $10,000 bond, according to court records.

A preliminary hearing for Jones is scheduled for Oct. 23, co
