AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The recent list of indictments from 181st District Court features many of the crimes that have caught Amarillo’s headlines and attention this year.

Honorable Titiana D. Frausto is Judge of the 181st Judicial District Court in Potter and Randall counties.

She will preside over the cases that have been assigned to her courtroom, including these recent indictments.

Note: In Texas, a grand jury (consisting of 12 citizens) will vote on whether or not there is reason to believe a felony occurred. An indictment is considered the official criminal charge against a person.

Randall County indictments

Jacob McCormick and Anakin Harrison were each indicted for charges of murder and aggravated assault for their part in a deadly drive-by shooting in Lake Tanglewood.
