(FOX40.COM)— The El Dorado County District Attorney announced a Placerville defendant was sentenced on Sept. 12 after a series of violent and destructive incidents.

The DA said Michah Lewis Wagener was sentenced to two years and eight months in local prison after pleading guilty to felony resisting an executive officer and felony vandalism, while also admitting aggravating factors. Authorities stated that the conviction stems from a series of incidents that occurred this year.

On. Feb 12, Placerville police responded to reports of a man throwing chairs into the street. Officials reported that one chair even struck a passing vehicle that was driving on Main Street.
