A fire burned one house and left another with severe damage in north Edmonton.
Fire crews arrived at a single-family home near 159 Avenue and 134 Street just after 2:15 p.m. EFRS says the flames spread to a neighbouring home, and a second-alarm fire was called, bringing in additional crews for support.
EFRS told CityNews that both homes were occupied and evacuated.
Fire was brought under control at 2:57 p.m., but crews are still on scene to ensure the fire is fully extinguished.
