COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - An AMBER Alert was issued Thursday for a missing teenager believed to be with his noncustodial father, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The CBI said 14-year-old Phillip Torres Jr. was last seen on Thursday around 8:02 a.m.

According to the CBI, Torres Jr. and his noncustodial father Phillip Torres were last known to be near I-70 and I-25 at 10:32 a.m.

They are believed to be in a grey 2004 Chevy Silverado with Colorado license plate DIU-I66. CBI said the vehicle was last seen in Poncha Springs around 3:06 p.m.

Torres Jr. is described as a 5-foot-2 and 200-pound Hispanic male with brown eyes and brown hair. He was reportedly last seen wearing a grey cap, black hoodie and blue jeans.
