ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions added a veteran linebacker to the injury report, while their breakout pass rusher was back at Thursday’s practice.
Al-Quadin Muhammad was held out of Wednesday’s walkthrough due to a knee injury. He was back at Thursday’s practice in a limited capacity. Muhammad hasn’t spoken much in the locker room this week. He’s brushed off any thoughts of real concern about his status when asked by reporters .
The Lions counted on Muhammad in a big way against the Baltimore Ravens earlier this week, and he delivered. Muhammad posted 2.5 sacks in the win, helping pick up the pass-rushing slack after Marcus Davenport landed on injured reserve.
Zach Cunningham was limited with a hamstring injury. The veteran linebacker was not listed on the injury report on Wednesday.
