The Washington Commanders were 1n the practice bubble today, and Jayden Daniels was on the field for another limited practice. He suffered a knee sprain in Week 2 against the Packers, and has been pushing to get back on the field. He’s wearing a brace on his left knee, and will need to get a full practice in tomorrow to play on Sunday. Daniels told reporters that he felt good yesterday, but it’s ultimately up to the doctors. Marcus Mariota got the start last week, and will step in again if needed.
Terry McLaurin suffered a quad injury vs the Raiders on a big reception that stretched him to the goal line. He went for a second opinion yesterday and didn’t practice again today. His availability for Sunday’s game is in doubt, with the injury being described as a hip flexor.
