Speeders in Coaldale are getting a break on paying their tickets, thanks in part to another Canada Post labour disruption.

The southern Alberta town’s council voted Monday to suspend its municipal photo radar program for the rest of the year and convert a “growing number” of tickets into warnings instead of fines.
