COLUMBUS, Minnesota — For more than a year, construction has been underway on Minnesota's first and only veterinary neurology center.
Minnesota Veterinary Neurology (MVN) will open Monday morning, helping fill a gap in the region.
"It was just something that it just felt like I had to do so that I could be helping more pets and their owners," said Missy Carpentier, DVM, DACVIM. "Because there's a lot that we can do. But it makes it difficult when it's a hospital that has other specialties and other doctors focused on other areas, which are so needed. But there's also the necessity to really be able to focus on solely neurology."
