L.A. officials say response to deadly wildfires was due to lack of resources and outdated policies

Officials in Los Angeles held a briefing on a new report that blames outdated policies, staffing shortages and a lack of resources for delays in the response to the deadly wildfires in January. L.A. County Board of Supervisors Chair Kathryn Barger says the incident was "complex," and providing answers is "not a simple task."
