WCTA’s 75th Annual Meeting was held the morning of September 24, 2025, at the WCTA Corporate Office in Lake Mills, Iowa.

“It’s an honor to serve alongside such a dedicated board, collaborate with an incredibly talented team and deliver exceptional service to every one of our members,” stated CEO Mark Thoma.

Mark R. Johnson of Leland, IA and Dale Meinders of Buffalo Center, IA were re-elected to the WCTA Board. Other WCTA Board members are Shanan Redinger, Secretary/Treasurer; Curt Helland; Larry Foley; Jim Scholbrock; and Nancy Moklestad.
