LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - On Thursday, Grand Ledge High School hosted a career fair for students.
It’s a way to give them insight into some of the opportunities available when they graduate.
The News 10 morning crew was among dozens of other organizations speaking to students.
The fair was open to students from Grand Ledge, Potterville, Dansville, and Portland high schools.
“It’s nice for some of our students to have some of those ideas of different things they could do after high school. Then they can start gearing their high school experience now to prepare them for what they want to do after high school as well,” said Grand Ledge Principal Dr. Ken Wright.
There were more than 80 organizations available to students. More than 1,000 students turned out for the event.
