Fall has its own soundtrack. Don’t believe me? Why are there songs called “Sweater Weather” or “‘Tis Autumn” dancing on the airwaves?

Since 2017, I have curated a playlist for myself to match the falling leaves. These songs can either directly reference autumn, or just remind me of walking in the chilly wind when I’m stuck inside at work. This becomes the back track to pumpkin patch scouring or corn maze fun at Freedom Farms, the trip to Cheeseman’s Fright Farm or an apple orchard.

Whatever you find yourself up to this fall, you need to commemorate it with music. So when you hear those songs later in life, you’ll find yourself reminiscing about falls in Butler County.
