MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Madison Police Department is searching for several suspects after a fight broke out at a Metro bus stop Wednesday afternoon.
On Thursday, officials stated a group of four people got off of a bus at around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Farley and University Avenue.
They were walking away from the bus stop when another person got off the bus and allegedly punched one of the victims in the back of the head.
As police were responding to the scene, someone who knew the suspect showed up a gun, the agency noted.
The suspects ran away as officers attempted to speak with them. MPD set up a perimeter and used a K9 track and drone to try and find the suspects. None of the suspects were found.
