The Dickinson Area Community Foundation, along with the Norway Area Community Foundation, recently awarded a $500 Community Impact Grant to the Jake Menghini Historical Museum in Norway. The grant, which was partially funded with a matching grant from the Pasahow Family Fund, will be used to purchase a new computer for the museum office and archival work. Museum Director Mark Sertich accepts the check from DACF Director Tamara Juul. The mission of the Community Foundation is to enhance and strengthen the communities now and for generations to come. Anyone who would like information on available grant funding or current community needs can contact Juul at 906-774-3131 or go to www.dickinsonareacf.org.
