#1 Marwaha Business Plaza LLC purchased 355,253 square feet at 9954 Mayland Drive in Henrico, sold for $31 million, according to Henrico property records, from Principal, w hich had been the noteholder when the building’s previous owner, Boston-based RMR Group, defaulted on the loan. Principal was represented by Eric Robison of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group.

#2 Tazewell Air Park Properties sold 12,150 square feet at 10968-10972 Richardson Road in Hanover for $4.6 million to Lunenberg LLC. Porter Realty’s Kevin Cox represented the seller and Robert Porter III represented the buyer.
