However, some fans of the actor landed into trouble as the Bengaluru Police registered an FIR against them for organising an event ahead of the release of his film without permission. Hindustan Times reported that the Bangalore Pawan Kalyan Fans Association had planned a stage celebration outside Sandhya Theatre in Bengaluru’s Madiwala without securing the necessary permission. The theatre was hosting a paid preview screening of OG film that evening.
