N.J. oyster farmer, longtime chef among honorees at annual dinner for women in the food industry

Research scientist-turned-oyster farmer Lisa Calvo, business partner Melissa McGrath and former Geechie Girl Rice Cafe operator Valerie Erwin are being honored this weekend at the annual Heritage Dinner at Bartram's Garden, hosted by Les Dames d'Escoffier. Wakisha Bailey reports.
