VERMILLION, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The South Dakota Supreme Court will be holding a public hearing at the University of South Dakota’s Knudson School of Law in Vermillion.
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in four cases on Wednesday morning, October 8, and four cases the morning of October 9.
The SD Supreme Court travels throughout the state twice a year to hear oral arguments at two public universities.
This travel allows South Dakota citizens to see how the South Dakota Supreme Court operates.
All area high school government classes are welcome to attend.
