Atomix , the acclaimed two-Michelin-starred Korean fine dining restaurant in NoMad, was just crowned No. 1 on the inaugural North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list .
Led by husband-and-wife duo Chef Junghyun “JP” Park and Ellia Park, Atomix is rooted in what they call “New Korean Cuisine” — delivering food as a gift (“Ato” in ancient Korean) and blending Korean traditions with modern techniques.
Opened in 2018 as a follow-up to their first NYC restaurant, Atoboy , Atomix quickly redefined Korean fine dining worldwide.
Its intimate Chef’s Counter features a U-shaped seating arrangement with just two nightly services (5:30 pm and 8:45 pm), giving diners an up-close look at the kitchen
