KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A Knoxville man is facing multiple charges after a domestic assault call early Friday morning led to police searching an apartment and finding methamphetamine, fentanyl and two firearms.
Knoxville Police Department reported that Da'Kari Lloyd, 29, was arrested after officers found a large amount of narcotics after responding to a domestic assault call in the 3500 block of Lake Brook Boulevard around 1 a.m. on Friday.
Officers responded to the apartment after receiving a report that Lloyd had assaulted two women following a domestic dispute, KPD said. The department explained that when Lloyd was taken into custody inside his apartment, officers saw two handgun boxes as well as a bag of white powder.
