Michaël R. Roskam ‘s ensemble World War Two Belgian resistance heist story Le Faux Soir has kicked off principal photography with Arieh Worthalter replacing Matthias Schoenaerts .

Worthalter, who won multiple awards for his performance in The Goldman Case , including the César for Best Actor, will the play the lead role of Marc “Yvon” Aubrion.

He will be joined by previously announced cast members Mélanie Thierry ( Da 5 Bloods , Memoir of War ), Karim Leklou (Beating Hearts , Jim’s Story ), Mara Taquin ( The Mohicans , On The Edge ), Bouli Lanners ( Nobody Has To Know , The Night Of The 12th ), Julien Frison ( The Night Of The 12th) and François Damiens ( Dog On Trial, La Famille Belier ).
