BOWMANVILLE — From local vendors to food and drinks and DJs, there’s something for everyone at Block Club’s second annual block party — including kids activities.

The free block party is noon-9 p.m. Oct. 4 at Half Acre Beer Co., 2050 W. Balmoral Ave. in Lincoln Square. Families can enjoy live music, food, beer, local vendors and more, including a kids zone with a bounce house and fun from local art groups.

Many arts and crafts will be led by Somos Arte, a nonprofit that runs artist workshop and events space Casa Arte in Humboldt Park. At last year’s block party, the group organized a coloring station, interactive mural and a takeaway craft.
