(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation after a body was found near the Sacramento Marina on Sunday afternoon.
According to the police, officers responded to a call about a deceased man around 2 p.m. in the 2700 block of Ramp Way.
Autopsy results led investigators to believe the death was a homicide.
Police said the identity of the man would be released after the next of kin had been notified and that they did not have suspect information to provide.
