Middleburg man not guilty of rape of child

MIDDLEBURG — A Middleburg man was acquitted Friday of child rape and all related felony offenses by a Snyder County jury.

It took the jury about 30 minutes to find Jeffrey A. Try, 55, not guilty of all charges following a two-day trial.
