LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A beautiful weekend is in store for SWLA with some cooler nights staying in the forecast too!

We’ll still be warm each afternoon with highs in the upper 80s or near 90 for Saturday and Sunday. Low humidity and plenty of sun will give us great weather for any outdoor plans, including in the early mornings when lows will drop in the 60’s for most of SWLA!

Rain chances remain out of the equation for the weekend, so it will be the perfect time to get outdoors and enjoy! As we head into next week, the forecast really won’t change much as we continue to see sunshine for most of the week. It probably will take until the end of the week for some rain chances at all to return as slightly higher humidity works in.
