A week after the pair were spotted on a date night in London , a source tells PEOPLE that The Morning Show actress, 49, is in "such a good place right now," personally and professionally.

"Her relationship with Oliver is very special to her," says the source. "He's not interested in the Hollywood spotlight. He's there for her."

The source adds that Witherspoon's businessman boyfriend is "very supportive of her," and her three kids "are doing well."
