EBENSBURG, Pa. – Cambria County Solicitor Ronald Repak presented evidence in court Friday before county President Judge Linda Rovder Fleming regarding the commissioners' request for an $8.5 million general obligation note to cover unfunded debt.

"This decision does not come lightly," Repak said. "We do believe this is the best and most appropriate approach to funding unfunded debt at this time." ×
