MADISON (WKOW) -- Residents living at Dairy Drive face an uncertain future as they are expected to leave by the end of Friday. Many are unsure where they will sleep, prompting community members to organize a supply drive.

Feelings of sadness and frustration dominated the camp Friday, though a small glimmer of hope remained.

"The community is also giving me hope," said Tris Cushman, whose partner lives at Dairy Drive. "People are showing up. People are here to try to help donate, try to help people move."

Donations of clothes, shoes, blankets and food poured into Dairy Drive. Residents took what they needed but said they weren't sure where they or their belongings would be Friday night.
