NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Animal Rescue Corps (ARC) recently rescued over 50 neglected pets in Gibson County, including 53 dogs and one cat.
In less than two weeks, ARC has had four missions and rescued nearly 200 animals from cases in West Tennessee and Oklahoma.
In each of the cases, ARC said many of the animals have been taken to ARC’s Rescue Center just outside of Nashville.
In ARC’s most recent case, Operation Dark Passage, 54 animals, including dogs, puppies and a single cat, were found suffering on two neighboring properties. The operation was ARC’s fourth mission in 12 days.
