LONG BEACH — Sophomore running back Jemel Grigsby ran for 116 yards and two touchdowns, including a 67-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to lead the Long Beach Wilson football team to a 30-7 road victory over Millikan in a Moore League rivalry game Friday night.

On the next possession, Grigsby, who also plays defensive back, hauled in an interception with 6:22 left in the fourth.

“This is expected,” Grigsby said. “Coming into this game, I told all my seniors this is their last year, I’m going to do it for them… so I told them I was going to make an impact to help us win.”
