BENGALURU: Karnataka high court Friday allowed the central govt to issue necessary travel documents, enabling an overstaying Russian woman Nina Kutina and her minor daughters to return to Russia. The woman and her children were found living in a cave near Gokarna, Uttara Kannada district. Justice BM Shyam Prasad delivered the verdict, disposing of a petition filed by Dror Shlomo Goldstein, an Israeli national who claims to be the father of the children. Goldstein had sought to prevent the central govt from undertaking sudden deportation of his minor daughters from India to another country.
