Will Ashcroft has claimed a second straight Norm Smith Medal after playing a starring role in the Brisbane Lions' grand final win over Geelong.

Ashcroft managed 32 disposals, 10 clearances, four marks and a goal to help the Lions win a second consecutive premiership with a 47-point triumph at the MCG.
