After developer Sports Interactive missed out on last year's instalment of Football Manager, fans are likely to be chomping at the bit for a brand new game in the series. With players forced to stick with the same title for two years in a row, anticipation for Football Manager 26 is reaching fever-pitch - especially now that it's just over a month away from launching on November 4, 2025.
If it lives up to the hype, Football Manager 26 is expected to be a big upgrade over previous titles in the series. Powering most of the new changes is a swap to a brand new engine, with the game now utilising Unity instead of the proprietary Match engine that Sports Interactive has previously used.
