The issue of Canada Post has made its way to the election campaign trail.

On Thursday, Premier John Hogan urged the federal government to halt service reductions such as ending home delivery and lifting the moratorium on the closure of rural post offices.

Yesterday, PC Leader Tony Wakeham said it seems like the higher-ups in Ottawa are forgetting about the people.

He says it will be a great inconvenience for seniors and many others. He would have preferred to see consultation from Ottawa on the changes to Canada Post.
