GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - One person has died and two were taken to the hospital as a result of a Friday evening wreck in Greenville County.
According to the State Highway Patrol, at around 9:35 p.m., the driver of a Honda vehicle was traveling east on S.C. Highway 290/Locust Hill Road when they crossed the center line and struck a SUV in the opposite lane.
The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. Two people in the SUV were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
The wreck remains under investigation by the Greenville County Coroner's Office and highway patrol.
