While addressing viewers' queries, James revealed the professional moment that made him feel most "nervous".

Despite enjoying a strong friendship with Michel Roux Snr, who served as his mentor, James admitted he had to elevate his cooking when preparing dishes for him.

The celebrated French chef and restaurateur passed away in 2020 at the age of 78.
