Jammu Tawi, Sept 27: The Jammu Crime Branch has filed a charge-sheet against twelve accused including Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, Girdawar and Patwari in the Auqaf land grabbing case of Chatha, Jammu. An official spokesman here today said a charge-sheet was filed in the court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption Jammu ,against the accused persons namely, Daljeet Singh, the then Tehsildar (now retired) of Nai Basti, Jammu, Som Dutt, then Naib Tehsildar(now retired) of Shiv Nagar, Jammu, Ram Saran, the then Girdawar(now expired) of Domana, Abdul Fani, the then Patwari (now expired) of Bhadarwah, Mukhtyar Ahmed of Chatha Gujran, Jammu, Tariq Hussain of Chatha Gujran, Jammu, Abdul Sattar (now expired) of Chatha Gujran, Jammu and five other accused.
