A fight in Leeds City Centre has left a teen injured in hospital with minor injuries.
West Yorkshire Police were called around 7.20pm to the Briggate area after a group of young people were spotted fighting yesterday evening (Friday, September 26).
Officers confirmed that a 14-year-old was taken to hospital with minor injuries but has now been discharged. Police have also said that enquiries are ongoing and a 'crime of affray' has been reported.
A West Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: "Police are investigating after reports of a fight involving young people on Briggate in Leeds yesterday evening. Officers were called at around 7.20pm, a 14 year old male was taken to hospital with minor injuries. He’s since been discharged.
