LAWRENCE — Kansas football suffered a 37-34 loss Saturday at home during Big 12 Conference play against Cincinnati .

Offense: Kansas delivers, just not enough
KU enjoyed a mostly positive day offensively, outside of having to settle for a couple of field goals in the first half and quarterback Jalon Daniels’ fumble in the red zone in the fourth quarter. Kansas’ explosive play potential showed itself in a pair of touchdown passes Daniels threw to wide receiver Emmanuel Henderson Jr., one for 93 yards and one for 75. Daniels also led a scoring drive that saw the team take the lead with 1:45 left in the fourth quarter, but it wouldn’t prove to be enough because of the issues
