Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter was fined $11,593 for taunting after he blocked a field goal in the team’s Week 3 win against the Los Angeles Rams, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Carter drew the penalty after pointing at the Rams bench. His mistake was not costly, but it could have hurt the Eagles in a different situation.
Philadelphia needs Carter to stay focused. He could continue to get flagged if he doesn’t stop talking smack or getting into altercations.
