SIERRA COUNTY, N.M. —

A 65-year-old man is back behind bars, charged with the same crime he was convicted of in 2016, a New Mexico State Police news release said.

NMSP received a Cyber Tipline report in January about suspected child sex abuse material on the Facebook Messenger app. The report was about two videos, and after a search warrant was issued, they were linked to James Gatlin.

Gatlin was arrested and charged with possession of child sex abuse material and booked into the Sierra County Adult Detention Center.
